Fantastic Experience!

The pod had a good temperature. It was relatively comfortable and in a great location. Check-in was easy and the keycard access provided no hassle entry and exit. Showers were warm, body soap was provided, and a good size towel was given to each guest.

The charging port inside the pod did not work. I needed earphones with the correct adapter to use the TV inside the pod.

The staff was super cute and answered all my questions about the location. I felt very grateful for their helpful attitude and quick assistance with check-in and any queries I had during my short stay.

Lockers were available to secure my backpack, and I felt safe . The shared bathroom had shampoo and body wash available. A common area provided coffee and tea for all guests, very convenient and useful.

I liked the common area. Coffee and tea were available. the location is close to chinatown, so moving around the city was easy. receptionist service was good, and the staff was helpful. they gave me good tips.

the toilets and bathrooms were small and felt very hot. there were only four showers and toilets available for the whole building. it was a bit inconvenient

the air conditioning worked very well. the reception stored our luggage after check-in, it helped us a lot! the family room was quiet despite the central location, a real bonus for our short stay.

the pod ventilation was not ideal, and it became a bit too warm with two people.

i found the location very convenient , with easy access to food options. i appreciated the privacy inside the capsule. free water , coffee and tea were available. the staff was friendly and helpful , especially spencer.

the bathrooms had combined toilet and shower areas without barriers , so the floors were always wet.

The location was convenient. It was just a short walk to the MRT station (about 5 minutes). This made getting around easy. There were also numerous dining options nearby, from fancy restaurants to cheap hawker stalls. I especially liked the hawker center. There were so many choices. The staff offered helpful advice regarding public transportation routes. The staff was especially helpful in providing useful information about local transit. The staff gave advice on transport, especially useful during the concert. I definitely plan a return trip soon.

The capsule door was a bit difficult to close (it often jammed). This made exiting somewhat tricky. The lock looked like it had been repaired before and taped.
